Be the change!

As Kennedy once said, there is an old Chinese saying "may he live in interesting times" and like it or not we are living in an interesting time. So many of the vital issues rest on a precipice, and we can no longer afford to remain complacent with the way of things. If we stand by and do nothing we will never get universal and affordable healthcare, we may never get paid leave, we may never get a livable wage, and we could get restricted in our very education. It is time to demand change. To use Kennedy's words again, "the torch has been passed" just like it has been passed down from generation to generation of Americans, and each generation must decide what to do with that torch of action. Now is the time where we must decide; now is the time that we can make life better for all Kentuckians, particularly those most disadvantaged among us.

As is often the case, this change is not only socially and ideological but also it requires, nay it demands, involvement from every citizen of this great Commonwealth. I seek to merely be the face of this district, and a voice to speak for them. That goal cannot be achieved without your support, so please consider donating even a small amount.
